fax stuck in outbox

i cannot delete the fax message,that is stuck in my
outbox,the error message...*the MAP1 spooler has already
began transmitting this message (account: symantec winfax
starter edition,SMTP server:"127.0.0.1" error number
0x80040114),how can i delete this fax?

You've left out the important information here.
WinFax SE does not use the MAPI spooler. So this error message is not
possible under normal circumstances. Provide details on the abnormal steps
you used to create this error message including:
1. The Outlook version/mail support mode you are currently using and how
many times you've changed it
2. The method by which you created and sent this fax.
3. The default mail account for this Outlook profile.
