You would need to post the fax software you are using.
You would need to post the mail support mode of Outlook 2000 you are using.
You would need to post the method by which you are sending the fax.
I'm using Corporate/Workgroup mode of Outlook und I added the Fax Mail
tranport under Tools > Services, how it is discribed here:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/services/win2000fax.htm.
I create a new e-mail message
I type a fax number [Fax:455555]
I write text
I add a cover page
I click send
the Fax service then dial the number and send the fax
but in the faxcover is the text issing which I wrote (although the faxcover
has all variables)

Behaving as designed. Outlook C/W has never been able to place a note on the
cover page. If you want to place the note on the cover page you must use
Send Cover Page Fax, not Outlook.

menu.
