Hi:

The Fax Monitor had appeared for me, but now it has disappeared.
When I send faxes, I don't receive the pop-up of the Fax Monitor.  I
disabled Norton Internet Security, thinking that maybe it was a
firewall issue, but that didn't help.  What can I do to get the Fax
Monitor to appear again when sending faxes?

Thank you.

Not sure what this has to do with Outlook.
A number of standard update and repair procedures disabled the Fax Monitor
in the initial release of Windows XP. These problems were fixed in Service
Pack 1. Make sure you apply SP1 if you notice this problem. The following

Microsoft Fax Monitor does not function properly after installing Norton
Internet Security
