I send a fax through Outlook and I get a confirmation screen stating that
the fax has been sent.

Also, in the sent items i can view this.

Apart from this, is there a way in which I can get a mail stating that the
Fax has been sent ... I mean ... Is there a way in which I can get a
confirmation mail statign that the fax has been received?

Thanks and Regards

Probably not, but it would be impossible to say since you provided neither
your Outlook version nor your fax version.

Not a chance.
Microsoft has not supported its fax service for years.
This is the closest:

Sure, have the recipient email you stating they got your Fax.  Pretend you
have a dedicated Fax machine; you receive the same confirmation from the
destination on your PC as you would if you had dedicated Fax machine
instead.  Since a Fax machine knows nothing about email, about the only
email confirmation available would be if you included instructions to the
Fax recipient that he/she email you one.
