I'm trying to enable Outlook 2000 (Corporate) to receive incoming faxes on a
workstation that's part of a SBS 2000 domain. The workstation is running W2K
SP4 and has the modem and fax service installed to it (and that's working
ok). MS-Office was installed directly to the workstation (not via SBS Client
Management). Even though I've followed setup steps outlined in KB246151,
Outlook isn't showing me the Fax Transport in the list of available services.
Thanks in advance,
Mark

I'm betting your MAPISVC.INF file wasn't updated correctly. That was common
if you didn't install Outlook and Fax in the "right" order. See if your file
references the fax service. If it does not, you may need to ask in an SBS
group for the right lines to add to the file.
