I am running Winfax and have a folder in Outlook 2002/SP3 called Winfax Fax
logs, which shows the faxes titles but I cannot preview them. I get the
message "Can't open the item as the service provider doesn't support the
operation"
How can I get this to function.

WinFax?
Ask Symantec. Most likely a known issue since WinFax rarely functions as it
should with Outlook.
