Pb reading / saving received Fax from Exchange server   using Outlook 2003   Help plz

Hi all,

My config

SBS 2003  with fax service

all was working fine last week, I could send  read or save (received fax
in tif format ) without Pb

but today  I received 2 fax  and I couldn't read or save it, usually
mspview.exe was opened automatically when
I dbl click on a fax,  mspview.exe is still working fine on my computer  But
I can't read fax

I tryed owa to connect to my outlook account usin IExplorer and there I
still can read and save faxes

Also state what happens when you try to open a TIF attachment. You haven't
provided any information.
