I am having a problem viewing the attachments

I have the server emailing me the faxes that come in, and i used to be able
to preview them. Not it asks me to open a new folder & assign permissions?
Please help.
When outlook 07 opens, I can usually open up the first one, with no errors.
It is the ones after that that give me the errors.
