Does anyone know if Microsoft or any third party makes a good program that will allow you to use your existing fax number and have your computer forward the fax to one or more email accounts? Even if I need to add a special modem card I am still interested. Thanks, John Have you tried using a search engine for your inquiry? Must it be from Outlook? It does not have to be from Outlook. We just want to unplug our fax machine, hook the line into the computer and have it forward a traditional fax to one or more email accounts. One of the reasons this is important is because the fax number is published and we do not want to change it or forward the line to an online service if it is not required. > Have you tried using a search engine for your inquiry? Rules cannot be used to forward faxes in Outlook. Details here: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q191/7/76.asp Also, You can't use forward with faxes.
