Is there any way of automating the Outlook Web Publish feature, so that it
would (for example) run once a day at a specified time.

Also, is it possible to send the file directly using FTP or would this need
to be done outside of Outlook?

Thanks,
Nick Jackson

Apologies about the 2nd question, I've got that one fixed (forgot to put
user/password in address)

Yes, but only in Outlook 2000. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/code/webcalpub.htm
