Error when trying to sync with Palm

I am using Windows XP and Outlook 2003. I have a
Tungsten E Palm, and cannot get it to sync with my
Outlook Contacts. Every time I sync, I get a "Server
Busy. This action cannot be completed because the other
program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy
program and correct the problem." When I press 'Switch
To', it pulls up my Start menu but I have no idea what to
do from there. Any ideas? Any suggestions would be MUCH
appreciated!
