Problem with Outlook 2003 and Newsreader

When I launch the Outlook Newsreader from within Outlook
2003, as it launches I get a message that the Outlook
Newsreader isn't the default newsreader.  When I
click "yes" to make it my default, it blows out my
internet defaults and I have to manually reset them.  The
problem is that Outlook Newsreader doesn't appear as a
default option, only OE does.  This began happening
immediately upon upgrading to the Office 2003.  Any ideas?

Don't ever answer that question with a "Yes". :)

If  OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you
launch  it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.
