Managed MAPI Service Catastrophic Failure

Does anyone know how I can get this error message to quit popping up everytime I start Outlook 2003? I am using XP-Pro

A good troubleshooting step would be to start with a new profile.

Hi!

I know that Managed MAPI is installed with BCM. In this case:

1. My patch may help in some cases ("Unknown error" of Managed MAPI):

2. You can also try to install the first BCM Service Pack:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=839881

If you have no Business Contact Manager then sends the list of installed
add-ins here.
