Hi,

I've been using Outlook 2003 for some time without any problems.
Then, all of a sudden, I can't open my Word attachments. When I try to open them Word gives me an error like this: "The system cannot find the file specific.". When I save the file on my desktop and try to open it Word gives me an error message citing that It's missing components to open the file. This only happens when I try to open files that were attachment. All my other files open correctly....

Anybody has a clue?

Thanks

Try turning off virus protection temporarily and see if that helps.
Also, try saving it to c:\ and opening it from there. If that works, then there may be some kind of problem with yhour user profile.
