Running Outlook 2000 in a WIN2k/Exchange 2k environment.

For a handful of people, all their additional mailboxes are forgotten when
they logout of Outlook, and have to re-add using Tools>Services each morning.

All affected users are using the same Office installation rolled out from a
standard image.

Any ideas?
