I recently copied my contacts and other files into .pst
files when I left my most recent job. I was running
Outlook 2003 (I think) and now I would like to import my
contacts into my personal computer at home which is
running Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.2711), and I get an error
saying that I cannot read those versions of .pst files. Is
there a workaround for this?

Hello Chris, you will need to load the PST file onto a system that is using
Outlook 2003 and resave in 2000-2002 format.

If you are unable to locate a system with Outlook 2003 to perform
the necessary conversion, we would be happy to perform the conversion on
your behalf through our recovery service at www.websetters.co.uk.

If you wish assistance, then ZIP your PST file and upload to our website at
http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSServices/Recovery. We will convert and the
confirm conversion success via email. On payment of the handling fee of ?15
we will then return your PST in Outlook 2000 format.

If the conversion is unsuccessful then no charge will be made as per our
normal recovery conditions.

Thanks, I will see if I can find someone with a new
version of outlook, otherwise I will contact you.
