I've tried to import a .pst from OL2003 into OL2002, but
the import fails.  Has the format changed and if so is
there a utility with which I can use to convert between
the two formats.

Thanks for all suggestions,

Kenneth Bohman

Yes, the format has changed. The conversion utility is Outlook 2003. You'd
need to export from it to an Outlook 97-2002 format .pst file
