Oening Outlook 2002 pst in Outlook 2003

I do an export to a pst filr in Outlook 2002 - when I
attempt to import it or open it in Outlook 2003 I get a
dialog box saying File access is denied. You do not have
the permission required to access the e:\filename.pst

What gives please help

as it stored on a cd? Outlook needs read-write permission to the file to
import it.
