Our small office staff needs the procedures of how to
enable the secretary to access, and manage the
appointments of staff members with Outlook connected on a
LAN.
We are using Windows 2000 Server, Outlook is installed on
each workstation (not on server) and some workstations
are on the XP platform and others on the Windows 2000
platform.
Is this possible? ...and to what degree is it possible?
Hopefully we can do it for everyone!

Thanks,
C.D.Que

Are you using Exchange server? If not, you need a workgroup program -
