Copy of Address Book

Is there a way to copy the contents of the Address Book for a non-Outlook user.

I'm sorry, I meant the Global Address list.  The export feature only allows
you to export copies of your folders (this includes contacts and Journal) in
Outlook.  Since the Global Address list is not in the contacts folder, this
will not work.  Is there any other way?
