Does anyone know if there is a way to recover a form that
has been deleted from the Organizational Forms Library
short of restoring the public IS to a recovery server? I
am running Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2000 clients.
Thanks very much.

Ideally, you'd have a backup as an .oft file.

You can try launching an item that uses that form. It may still be in your local forms cache.
