hey,

i'm running w2k3 server and ex2k3. as everything worked out fine, my users
are now going a little mad...
maybe someone can telll how to get adresse from public folders into word
2003 (running on winXP sp2 clients) ?
I found the adresse icon in word and did paste it. Well, after all I could
reach the public folders, but I only get names, no further data as street,
postal etc.

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Could you explain in more detail what you're trying to do with the data --
mail merge? insert a single address? Is this with Outlook 2003?
