Coping data between Outlooks running on different Window account

If there is any way to copy down the address book and email messages from
Outlook in different window accounts (on the same machine). Both account have
administration rights. The original window account was deleted. If there are
anywhere in the file system any outlook configuration/data files which could
be copy down to the Outlook in different Window account?

Put the .pst file holding the data in a folder accessible to both users.
