I work at a large company here for Desktop Sustainment. I have encountered
the following scenario twice so far:
Outlook (attaching to our Exchange servers) opens and runs with no problems.
The user double-clicks a new message. The new message opens in a new window.
The window dives behind Outlook.
It is the message diving behind Outlook that is the issue. Very annoying.
In the first case, I ran Adaware and it cleared up the problem: Outlook is
running normally for that user. In the second case, I did the same thing and,
although it cleaned up 190 spyware hits, did NOT eliminate the problem.
What could be happening?

It turns out that the Plaxo add-in app was responsible for the first
instance, and spyware got the other.
Both systems are running normally now that I have eliminated these causes.

I read your post - I have the same problem. Can you give me more info on
how you solved the problem? Did you uninstall Plaxo or find a fix?
