I have one PC out of 225 that is unable to send an attachment successfully to
AOL recipients. We have tested with .doc, .ppt, .pdf and the file comes
through as unknown file type. A similar problem will occur with some hotmail
and/or other browser accounts.

Sending the same documents from a different Outlook user, the AOL recipient
is able to read them all. I haven't yet added his profile to a separate PC
but that is my next step. I have sent as HTML, Plain Text and Rich Text, and
all come back to the one user not able to send. I have set his fle options to
default, Word compatability to default and still am unable to resolve.

My apologies if this is the wrong group, and I appreciate any assist. Thanks,

If you'd like, please send a single test message from the affected machine
to the two email addresses in my signature. I can try to investigate.
