From OL 2003 to XP

I can't export my OL 2003 pst (home) to OL XP (new job).

Any ideas ?

Don't export.   If the .PST is in Outlook 97/98/2000/XP format, make a
backup, copy it to the office PC and reconnect to it.  If it's in Outlook
2003 format, make a new .PST in the earlier format, copy the contents of the
old .PST to it (drag and drop works fine here), then proceed as above.
