Hi,

when i try to send ne message in outlook , it shows an error informing that
microsoft word is damaged or not installed. then in opens default outlook
message editor. i use office 2003 only.
i can open word documents separately, i mean word program doesn't seem to
have any problem.

i reinstalled office ,but it didn't work!  i don't want to uninstall and
reinstall office from the begining.

Any ideas?

HI Allen
Could you play with MS Outlook  Tools->Options->Mail Format Tab -> Use MS
Word ... checkboxes.

I tested it and if they are clear windows process mustn't be starte with
OUtlook
this could help you to investigate where is the problem with word.

Hope this helps

uninstalling /reinstalling rarely helps - and is the same as detect and
repair on the help menu.

What is the exact error message? You may be able to click on it and copy
(use ctrl+c), then paste into a message.
