Does anybody know how to set up a read receipt, just for one message??

I found the HELP on the subject but can't understnad what it is telling me
to do:

In the help topic "Receive Notifications When Messages Are Delivered Or
Read", I chose the second item, the help says:
"To Be Notified About A Single Message".  This shows two steps:
1. In Microsoft Word, in the message, click Options.
2. Under "Voting And Tracking Options", select the "Request A Delivery
Receipt For This Message" check box.

I cannot find "Voting And Tracking Options".  Does anyone know what this
refers to or how to set the return receipt???

(My Options dialog box has a tab for "Track Changes", which contains a
screen full of options for how to indicate changes that have been made in a
document.  Nothing on delivery receipt or read receipt.)

on an open message, do you see the options button? probably to the right
side, just over the To field? It has a small down arrow attached to it -
click on it.
