The status line in the lower right corner of Outlook shows that the folder
was last updated... and the date and time are old.  The profile is getting
new mail, just the status line never updates.  It does show it is connected.
If I take it offline, just as it is going offline it updates.  In the past
the status usually said All folders are up to date. This occured when I
migrated to a new computer, and reconfigured my email.

I am connecting to an Exchange 2003 server.

I have tried recreating the profile, and deleting the OST.

After rebooting the exchange server the problem fixed itself...
