If I right-click a document and select Send to Mail Recipient, I get a
dialog box to select the profile. When I click OK, I get an error message.

The message title bar says "Windows Messaging."

The message is "The MAPI spooler could not be started. Close and then
restart all mail-enabled applications."

"MAPI 1.0 [000004C7]"

I also get this message while using the fax wizard in Word where you can
pull contacts from Outlook.

I've reinstalled Outlook. I've used the repair option. What else do I need
to do?

Thank you.
