I can not get Outlook 2003 to print some of this one users email. I gives a
error, sends a report to Microsoft then shuts down. Here is my case log:
"Workstation CSR4 is getting a error 1000 when trying to print some emails
from Outlook under the Daryl login. Some emails print okay. All emails are in
HTML format. Tried printing the same email from my outlook and they worked. I
did not have any trouble printing email from other accounts that are on the
computer. Tried removing and reinstalling Outlook did not work. Tried
deleting the temp folder in the Daryl folder. It did not work. Tried removing
the Daryl folder and letting the system remake it still the same error. Tried
making daryl administrator still did not work. Checked IE and it is IE 6 SP2.
Checked a user in the same Group Policy and they can print ok.

I tried following the Microsoft link in the event log but the page said
there is no entry for that error. Any help would be greatly apprecated. Thank

We are having the same problem in my office and so far our IT people are
completely stumped.  They have tried reinstalling Office, then Outlook.  They
are now talking of looking to Microsoft for help.
