I have one user, doesn't matter where she's logged in.  When she tries to
access the out of office assistant in outlook 2003 she recieves the following
message:

The out of office assistant could not be displayed. A required action was
not successful due to an unspecified error

Then it says that System Resources are Critically low close some windows.

We are running exchange 2003 and its working on web mail.

This article looks like it might address your issue:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/840007/en-us
"There was an error reading the rules from the server. The format of the
server rules was not recognized" error message when you access your mailbox
after you import it to Exchange Server 2003

Thank you for your response.  I have one question... Am I suppose to export
mail to a PST delete mailbox and recreate and import mail?
