Can I recover my Outlook information/Folder

My PC (O/S MS Win XP PRO) went down. I setup a new workstation with 64 bit
HW/SFW. I can move the HDD from the old (down) PC to this new computer and
view the folders.

How can I retrive my Outlook folder or contents of the Outlook folder into
the Outlook of my current (new) PC?  FYI, I do not have the Outlook folder
contents (Inbox, etc.) exported.

I am willing to buy a third party software if MS has no solution.

You don't need them exported.  And don't import, either.  See if this helps:
