I have a user with Outlook 2003 on an XP SP 2 OS when she receives certain
emails they automatically are being placed in her Deleted Items folder
instead of her Inbox.  There are no Rule settings for these particular
emails. They are business related and need to go into the Inbox. I cannot
find anything in Outlook that would be causing this issue. Any suggestions?

Make sure she has no anti-spam or -virus add-ins scanning mail.
