Error when Word is set as email editor

One of our users has started to get the following message when replying to
emails when Word is set as the email editor.

Heading of the message is: "m_colOlInspectors_NewInspector"
Message body: "Gadget facilities not available when Microsoft Word is set as
the e-mail editor
To fix this use Tools:Options:Mail Format and uncheck the boxes relating to
Microsoft Word under 'Message format'  "

If we uncheck the box it works OK. Only thing which has been done recently
is the removal and reinstallation of printers on the pc due to a printing
problem in Word - don't know how this could have affected it.

Thanks

That message is from a COM addin, it sounds like it's from an Outlook COM
addin. You can see what's installed on that user's machine for Outlook.

Check in the registry in both the HKCU and HKLM hives at
\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins to see what's installed. The only
standard addin (other than for Outlook 2007) is the Outlook VBA addin.
Anything else was installed by the user.
