I have been having trouble with user's accessing email from home
the only way i can get email to work from home is with the /safe:2 switch....
Without this switch, with outlook 2007 client it just hangs, and with
outlook 2003 client it errors out with a .cvt error,
can you help me out?.... I suspect it be DNS, but i dont really see any
errors,, or what should i be looking for in DNS?....
thanks...

Try disabling all add-ins and see if Outlook works properly. If it does then
add the add-ins back one at a time. It could be an add-in is interfering
with normal email - hence Outlook works in safe mode where add-ins are
disabled.
