Open Outlook
Open TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS
Click the E-MAIL OPTIONS... button

Near the middle of the window is a text box titled:
    "When replying to a message"
Click the arrow beside this and select the desired
option.

When you send a reply e-mail on my computer it sends it as
an attachment...How do I get it to not do that?
