MS Office Forum / Outlook / Interop / October 2003trouble with pst import
In going to 2003, the import tool does not recognise the .pst file I was using in 02. Have read and done the procedure to access the older style files. Once pointed to my mail.pst file I get the message "not a personal folders file" or some such. what to do? Thanks! Make sure the file isn't read-only...Outlook must have write access to it or it won't work.
