I have Outlook 2000 and need to keep my mail box down to
50MB. I have a large number of subfolders within my Inbox
and I don't want to go through each one, ordering them by
size. I'd like to search for messages by size across all
folders, eg all messages over 2MB, but can't see any way
to do it. Anyone have any thoughts?

Advanced Find should be able to do this nicely.

Thank you for your reply, however I had already checked
this. Advanced find does not include the message size as a
searchable item.
Anyone else?

Yes it does. It's on the bottom of the More Choices tab.

Thanks - you're quite right, and I'd missed it.
