I have 3 or 4 users who get an error message about not
being able to change the contents of a private message
when replying to a message sent to them if the message is
set to sensitivity is set to private.  It appears as if an
extra line is inserted at the very top of the message
after hitting reply.  If you go down one line then you can
type your reply with out the error message  Any ideas
where this extra line is showing up from?
