I've described my problem on my web site to save time
typing.  If I've posted to the wrong forum, what one would
be more appropriate?

Thanks,
Micky

When you are in the design mode, Open the FORM
menu. Notice the thee options:

 1) Separate Read Layout
 2) Edit Compose Page
 3) Edit Read Page

The "Compose" page is the page you see when you first
open the form. The "Read" page is the page that is viewed
after you send the email.

You can turn off the "Separate Read Layout" and then
what you see when you design is what the recipient will see
when they receive the email (or what you see in your outbox).

To edit the read page you need to select the
"Edit Read Page" on your design toolbar.
