Hi, I hope I have come to the right Outlook group.

I am having a slight problem with people's signatures.  We
have created a standard signature for our company and we
are rolling it out to people.

The signature uses DHTML (HTML at least), the problem is
that some people's options in Outlook only allow them to
have RTF signatures instead of HTML.

The signature cannot be converted to RTF because it looses
its formating, I cannot tell Outlook to use the HTML
version because it says it's expecting a RTF.

Any help to solve this little problem would be appreciated.

Thank you.

This may be a major problem, since Outlook replies to messages in the format it received them. In other words, have you thought about what happens when the user gets an RTF or plain text message.
