Can't show contacts in Address Dialog box

I am trying to show our contacts in the Address Dialog
box, and when I go to the properties on the......
Contacts/Outlook Address Book tab/Show the folder as an
Email address book (this is grayed out and I can't figure
out why)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Outlook? Have you tried adding the Outlook Address Book
service to your mail profile, or verifying that it's already there?
