I'm getting about ten an hour now, Jeff, so you're not doing so badly. ;)  I
just made a rule to delete all messages with attachments that aren't from
people in my contact list.  Works well enough for me.

P.S. It's rediculous that Outlook will block unsafe attachments, but doesn't
provide any kind of rule to handle the messages that contain them.  Phooey.
