I have Bill set to store his email on my exchange 2000
server and have given Jill owner permission to all of
Bill's folders.  I can go to File->Open->Other User's
Folder and access his Inbox that way, but I am wondering
if there is some way to get a shortcut to it so Jill does
not have to go through all the trouble each time.

Thanks

If you give Jill at least reviewer permission to the root of Bill's mailbox,
she should be able to go into the Exchange server properties in her copy of
Outlook and add Bill's mailbox to her profile.  Then it will open in her
Folder List, and all of his folders that she has permission to see will
appear also.
