I get the following message when I open a contact and
click on the activities tab, "Outlook cannot display this
view. This folder already exists." I am running Office
2000 Standard SR-1 and we use an Exchange Server.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks,

Jeff

Bring up the Properties dialog for the contacts folder and check the settings for the activities group that you're trying to display. You may find it easiest to create a new activities group and point it at the folders that interest you.

I must be doing something wrong. I still can't get it to
work. The activities tab is the only thing I cannot
access. Could you give me a little more detail please.

Thanks,

Jeff

Did you right-click on the contacts folder and choose Properties? The next step is to switch to the Activities tab on that Properties dialog.
