The owner here wants a hotkey solution for for
permanently deleting emails and auto-typing his email
address.  For example, he wants to hit ,say f10, to
permanently delete an email (bypassing his deleted items
folder), and without the 'are you sure' check.  He also
wants to be able to hit a function key to auto-type his
email address.  Is it possible to program unused function
keys?  Any suggestions?

Thanks very much,

-Jamie

No, you cannot program unused function keys. You can, however, write macros, add them to the toolbar, and set an accelerator key (Alt + accelerator) for each one.
