Hi

I want to send an email including a hyperlink or item, that when clicked,
creates a task or calander item e.g. to remind the recipient to look at the
company website at a given point in the future set by me and amendable by
the recipient.

I've tried inserting a task or diary item but this doesn't work.  I also
don't want to invite 200 plus staff to 'a meeting' when it's not really a
meeting.

Any ideas on getting Outlook to do something like this would be appreciated
. . . Thanks in advance . . . Stuart

For an appointment, save it as an iCalendar or vCalendar .ics/.vcs file and insert that file.
