I'm trying to help a Mac user running Outlook 2001 for Mac
(the latest version, I believe). We recently upgraded our
Exchange Server (Win 2000) and now all of the new messages
that come in but are not bold faced...so we can't tell the
difference between a read and an unread message. Any
takers on this one?
