I have a user that when she sends emails with attachments
from Outlook 2000 the attachments are not being received
by the recipient.

Can anyone explain what is happening to them and how to
resolve.

We are running Exchange 5.5. She is running on WIN 98 in a
WIN 2K Advanced Server environment.

Thank You.

Are the recipients also using Outlook, or some other e-mail program?  What
format is she using for the messages?

What file formats are you attaching? Check to see whether
or not her email or anit-virus is set to deny certain
types of attachments.
